Roland’s latest large-format UV flatbed, built to deliver strong productivity, reliable print quality and real business value. The EU2-1000MF has been developed to help you win more opportunities and increase your customers’ production capacity, offering the flexibility needed for large and varied jobs with a print area of 2,440 × 1,220 mm and media thickness up to 95 mm.
At the core of the machine is a new printhead configuration, delivering up to 1.5× higher productivity compared to the previous generation and a maximum print speed of 43.5 m²/h. This means faster turnaround, more jobs per day and, ultimately, better profitability for your customers.
The printer is available in two configurations:
- CMYK with 4 printheads: ideal for customers focused on printing directly onto rigid materials using colour only, offering a more cost-effective solution
- CMYK + White + Gloss with 6 printheads: suited for more advanced applications, including printing on acrylics and transparent materials, as well as adding gloss varnish effects for higher value output
Handling rigid materials is simple and efficient thanks to:
- 4-zone vacuum system for better media hold
- Air-assisted loading to support positioning
- Solenoid-assisted alignment pins for quick and accurate setup
Powered by VersaWorks 7, the workflow is more practical and efficient. A key addition is the ability to calculate ink costs directly in the software, helping users to:
