Be it a machine breakdown, an I.T. issue, a software installation or problems with any consumables, providing you are one of our customers, SOS will be able to assist you and a lot of our services will be provided free-of-charge. If you are not a customer of ours, we may still be able to help solve the problem but there would be a fee applicable.

SOS offers a next working-day delivery service for all our UK customers.

Providing we have your goods in stock and depending on your location we will either despatch them on our own vans in which case you are still able to place your order via fax or e-mail up to 7 a.m. on the day of delivery or alternatively via courier whereby we will need to have received your order by 2 p.m. the day beforehand.

Our warehouse is open from 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. and can accommodate urgent collection requests in case of an emergency.

For all customers with credit accounts there is a £100 minimum order amount. We are able to accept orders less than this figure although they will be subject to a £10 delivery charge per order.
